Joe La Cava explains to the LJCPA Trustees that he has withdrawn the LJCPA’s appeal of the 820 Rushville project. The City of San Diego project manager, John FIsher, however confirmed the appeal had not withdrawn and explained once an appeal is filed the appellant can not withdrawn the appeal.
