Mr. Whitney asked the one question Joe La Cava and the LJCPA Trustee refuse to answer. By the way to “call the question” requires a 2/3 vote…10 of 16 is not 2/3’s. Please answer the question.
Joe La Cava and Jim Fitzgerald were termed-out Trustees, in March 2014. Mr. Fitzgerald abided by the LJCPA bylaw and stepped down. Mr. La Cava with the support of the other Trustees, refuses to abide by the bylaws.
